With our new Chrome-based tester, we could create browser-based tests now. We can fairly easily set the browser size to mobile and tablet sizes and run a different battery of tests.

Because of the way we implement our nav (we turn on/off buttons depending on the size with Twitter Bootstrap Dynamic Element classes), we can't simply re-run all of our existing tests without some refactoring, but it's something we can do...someday.
