Consider renaming Set #219

Shocking how we haven't run in to this yet... our Set name (models.Set) conflicts with Java's Set (the abstract class for TreeSet and HashSet java.util.Set).

Of course, this is manageable... but I ran into it this morning and I though it warranted a discussion at our next meeting.
