Propose removing Edit / Change Password from listMagicians #222

Currently with the way that we are changing things, when you are logged in, the only account that you can edit or change is your own. It makes no sense to list these two columns on the list Magicians page if you're only going to see Edit / Edit Password for your own account.

Propose removing these columns from listMagicians.
