Limit who can create a game in my community #270

We are looking for an alternative to Warhorn which is used by many D&D Adventurers League communities. One feature that we would like is being able to set up our community with a limit on who can set up a game - I imagine this would effectively be a role assigned to accounts by the admin/s.

This functionality is there but not obvious to new user.
