PlaceHolderAPI %opteco_points% without decimal (Flexible Display) #2

Instead of display double with every case, we can display the integer if the %opteco_points% wasn’t have a decimal. Ex: Player points it 15.0, instead of that, change the display to 15.

Update 1.14.1b will display flexible points 👍
