Describe the bug
Light side deploys There Is Another to make BHBM target Leia instead of Luke. Light side uses BHBM objective to deploy Princess Leia (v) from reserve deck. Princess Leia (v) says "Leia's deploy cost may not be modified by opponent." This should prevent BHBM from reducing the deploy cost of Leia, however it does not.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Deploy There Is Another on BHBM objective.
Use BHBM text to deploy Princess Leia (v) from reserve deck.
Leia will deploy for -2, costing only 1 force, instead of 3 like it should.

Expected behavior
Princess Leia (v) should deploy for 3, not 1, as BHBM should not be able to modify her deploy cost.
