Describe the bug

Tusken Raider With Hunting Rifle should only be able to shoot at characters and creatures, not at vehicles.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Simply have a battle between a Tusken Raider With Hunting Rifle versus a Snowspeeder
The Tusken is able to shoot at the snowspeeder but shouldn't be able to.
