Shadow Collective 7 Side Adds Power Destiny With LS Blaster

Describe the bug

LS Turn 2 - I am clones, opponent is Shadow Collective. During battle, I have a non-unique blaster rifle v on my clone. Opponent has Maul with double saber. Opponent flips after hitting my character, and is then able to add a power destiny. You Know Who I Answer To (7 side) says "if your gangster leader in battle at same site as YOUR non-unique blaster, may add one destiny to total power."

Expected behavior

Shadow Collective 7 side should only add a power destiny with a DS blaster.
