Describe the bug
We're Doomed is reducing the amount of Force loss on Anakin Skywalker Jedi Knight, causing him to lose 1 to add a BD instead of lose 2. (As a side effect, this also causes him to fail to add the BD).
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
LS have less than 15 Life Force, and have Anakin Skywalker Jedi Knight on table.
LS play We're Doomed during DS control phase.
DS initiate battle against Anakin Skywalker Jedi Knight that turn.
LS try to add a battle destiny with Anakin.
LS will lose 1 instead of 2.

chriskelly has 1 Force loss remaining to satisfy
chriskelly loses a Force, •Rey, from hand

Expected behavior
We're Doomed should not reduce Anakin's cost of losing 2 Force.
