Larger area for modifier titles #38

So that line break is not triggered for cards that didn't have it originally.

The area that it's in now was calibrated on existing cards; this is likely another case of pre/post Shadows margin differences.

With the other scale changes going in, I'll add a title width similar to the game text width that currently exists.

Well, if the spacing between words is a bit off, as is font size (post-Shadows) then the area must grow. Adding % multiplier is a good solution.
