Flesh out tournament results screen

WR % is insufficient for WC-level tournament tiebreaking. In addition to this column, add the following tiebreakers:

• Face-off (if two players faced each other, the winner of that match wins the tiebreaker)
• Modified Median (sum the total of your opponents' scores, drop 1-2 of them depending on personal WR)
• Cumulative score (sum round 1, round 1+2, round 1+2+3 etc)

Sort tournament results by raw score, faceoff, Median, Cumulative, and finally Opp WR. This should provide enough fallbacks to defeat all but the most fundamental of Swiss ties.
