Add "Events" page #26

Since PIE is involved in many different events (Expanded Animation, Animafest, GameStage, Game Jam, etc.) those should probably be listed on their own page. What needs to be considered though is the space requirement in the nav bar as well as the vertical menu in mobile views.

Closing this stale issue. The demand for an events page has diminished.
