This is a frame buffer effect, emulated only with "Read every frame" enabled.

So, it can be emulated correctly after in-game but not before?
I thought both are the same - one need "Read every frame" but not the other one.

Game still can run at almost max VI/s with "Read every frame" except intro menu
is a bit slow - 30 VI/s for E version.
Please close this issue if it is not possible to fix without "Read every frame"
