Add shortcut to modify hovered number #104

So you don't need to right click to change that 1 to a 0 :)

For example, scrolling the mouse wheel, pressing + or -, up/down arrows. Maybe with Ctrl/Alt/Shift?

i hope this doesn't already exist and is mentioned on somewhere really hard to miss

Scrolling the mousewheel zooms in and out; pressing buttons while mousing over something specific feels odd; mousewheel + modifier or +-/up/down feel like they'd be the sort of "secret hotkey" that would be very easy to miss. Mousewheel also feels like it'd be very imprecise and likely to overshoot whatever number you were aiming for.

The basic idea of a simpler way to make simple config changes doesn't seem bad, so I'm not closing this, but I'm not enthusiastic about any specific suggestion yet.
