Fixed GH markdown formatting #142

In HOWTO.md there's instructions for how to make text be red in-game, which is done via tildes(~).

However, in markdown, tildes can be used to format strikethrough text, which I assume isn't intentional. This PR simply adds backslashes so that formatting works.
