Read and Unread notifications instead of clear/remove

Notificarions are a useful history of what happened in the app. It should never be cleared.
Instead of clearing notifications user should see which notifs are read / unread
New device would start this over so no need to sync this to multiple devices
Need explicit UI action from user to make notifs 'read' (all changes in SatShoot are important) one by one or 'readAll' action in one category of notifs (Zaps, Tickets, Offers, Reviews, Messages). This needs to be an btn icon
