Payment page: Amounts are not always properly updated #58

There are some cases when editing the amount fields bugs out on ui and it seems the payment amounts are bad too

Seems to be related to an exception thrown when amount is null for the formatting function(insertThousandSeparator). This happens when user deletes the whole amount input field
