Implement NIP17 DM-s in SatShoot #60

  1. NDK should integrate the ingredients of nip17 (nip44 done, nip59 gift wraps missing still)
  2. Integrate into SatShoot: WoT must be used to filter DM-s
  3. Rumors will be unsigned kind1 messages, a-tagged with ticket address (nip04 tagged with t-tag this needs fix)
  4. Use DM relays if applicable. Fall back on default nip65
  5. Switch to nip44 v2 encryption/decryption of messages in Message card
  6. Adjust subscriptions and other necessary components
