Implement NIP89 and NIP31 App recommendations #67

  1. Publish kind 31990 Handler info (task for SatShoot) - get inspired from existing clients for this
  2. Add option to recommend app for users when they publish feedback in FeedbackModal - WIP (on branch nip89)
  3. Implement nip31 alt tags for Offer and Ticket events
  4. When sharing Ticket in kind1-s add an e-tag along with the Ticket URL. This would make Ticket sharing more compatible with other nostr apps
