Deleting in strict terms is futile on nostr but Closing a Ticket that has not received an offer is already possible. Offers however cannot be "canceled" which could be an improvement. It needs substantial work though because Offers events don't have an 'active' field yet. I wonder if just editing the Offers description to sth like "Canceled" is enough for now.
