CSV file now painful to use #24

Typically I open the uploaded_logs.csv in VSCode and CRL-click to open the reports, since 77 this is a royal pain as the User Token on the end now makes the link invalid (semi-colons being valid URI)

Enhancement request: also output to an uploaded_logs.htm file

Realise this is totally a nice to have, but if you don't ask ....
