This allows to set some compression settings for the build codes, as well as specifying to demote Legendary runes / sigils if you want to do that. Doing this on the bot is better than just always doing it on the site imo.
By default they are all turned on, that might not be the right choice tho.
Also im not 100% sure if you want to do something special for allowing translation memes. Also also its been a while since i last worked on something with WinForms, but it seems to all be good.
