AJ Recompiling Results in Mixed Animations #39

I was porting Mario's animations to Luigi (same bone count so shouldn't have an issue) but now everytime I try to edit the AJ of Luigi, half of the animations appear to be Mario's animations.

Here is an example.

Edit: I think I should clarify that I was only porting 5-6 animations.
