update new realeses when releasing new versions, as to not confuse #43

when i first saw the release, i thought for a moment it would be really old becuase it has a date of 2019 on it, and still is registered to the first commit that has a release, so i would recommend making a new release with the latest tag every time, which may avoid confusion and is a more correct way of using github's release feature

It's set up to auto-update after each commit, so Ploaj doesn't need to make new releases since it auto updates. Just look at the timestamp, and on the left, it says "latest commit".
