custom subaction support and other misc. changes #9

  4. have a drop down of the element names for attacks rather than numbers.

  5. hurbox interactions are 0 = Nothing 1 = Aerial Only 2 = Grounded Only 3 = Both

  6. hitbox interaction 0 = ? 1 = normal doesn't clank 2 = less used can clank (may have different properties) 3 = normal can clank
