Add unpackerr and comics #23

Add the following containers :

Unpackerr
- To automagically unpack compressed archives downloaded using Transmission. After unpacking it tells Sonarr/Radarr/Lidarr to import the files, it then deletes the unpacked files after importation.
Mylar
- PVR program that manages comics/mangas.
Komga
- Comics/Mangas server, compatible with the Tachiyomi Android application.
Overseerr
- Similar to Ombi, manages media requests for your Plex libraries.

And change the firewalld backend to iptables instead of nftables.
