Use a container for rsync #4

Instead of configuring and using rsyncd on the host, use a container.

I've changed my mind on this. I prefer to handle the backup of the containers config files and DBs on the host. It will enable me to write a simple shell script that will dump the DB I have, make a btrfs snapshot and push all of this to my NAS.
