Update translations + French tranlsations #21

I figured out that some translations, especially appdata translations were out of date. That's why translations weren't displaying in the AppCenter. This PR should fix this issue.

I also removed end period from changelog to unify typo (sometimes there was a period and sometimes not).

This PR is ready for review
