popover download and upload numbers swap, Indicator margin fix #21

Hi, Thanks for your useful indicator application.

  1. In the PopOver menu, Network Down and Network Up speed numbers were used In reverse. so I made a very small fix for that.
  2. By default Indicator is now centered and margin_top is not needed anymore. (as it's shown in the first screenshot Indicator is showing a bit lower than other Indicators.
