What happened?
Users whose nickname starts with a zero are not recognized when using the './cin play <place?> ' command followed by their nickname
Steps to reproduce the issue
I'm making a cutscene. For example, I'll try creating a cutscene named 'Plaza'. username : "0494"
/cin play plaza 0494
When '/cin [args]' appears and the command is not executed.
