What happened?

1. %player% cannot represent the player's name

2. If a cinematic is deleted, if the server plays another cinematic to the user, the editing screen will appear and editing can be done without permission.

Also, if you actually go into the file, the cinematic you deleted isn't deleted.

Post videos to reproduce the issues. And please next time open an issue report for each one of the issues, do not post two issues in one report, it forces me to work on both issues at the same time.
