What happened?

Color codes are not saved during cutscene editing, always resulting in white text.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Create a new cutscene/edit existing one
2. Add a new effect/edit existing one
3. Select any of the options: Send Chat Message, Send Actionbar Message, Send Title Message
4. Add a message with any color code
5. In the cutscene it's always displayed as white color (Bug also occurs with the NPC name)
