What happened?
If any point there is a comma in the message (changed manually in config), it doesn't parse the message. If text is added from in game it just removes the comma entirely.
Steps to reproduce the issue
Add a new chat message to cutscene
Put any text, but make it contain at least one comma
Chat message is not parsed properly
