It would be awesome to add a command that plays the cinematic for everyone in the server and another one that stops it.
I would also like that the camera would not move when the cinematic is playing.

Yes, i'm in a server and we need to play a cinematic to everyone for our events but we don't want to play a cinematic when someone enters a region. We want the cinematic to play for everyone in real time.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Using animotion, but is not as good as this plugin because of the controls.
