Option to disable put backpacks into chests, virtual chests

I like that I can choose whether I can put away backpacks in chest inventories and virtual chest inventories.

I also want to be able to choose if empty backpacks can be put into chest inventories and virtual chest inventories

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like there to be an option for empty backpacks to be stored/not stored in chest inventories and virtual chest inventories, and an option for filled backpacks to be stored/not stored in chest inventories and virtual chest inventories

I would like them to work with virtual chest inventories, i.e a chest inventory that's accessed through commands
