I'm always frustrated when a player is offline and I need to open the player's backpack. I always have to wait for the player to connect, or copy the player's backpack data to my backpack (thus losing my backpack if I don't back it up). It's tedious and unnecessarily complicated.

I would like to be able to open an offline player's backpack with a command.
