[BUG] /ebpgive does not provide autocomplete for the player name

Describe the bug When using the /ebpgive command, there is no autocomplete provided when enter the player's name you wish to give the backpack to.

It does in fact offer autocomplete for the item itself though.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Type /ebpgive
2. Proceed to begin typing a name.
3. Displays an empty tooltip

Expected behavior That it provides autocomplete suggestions for player names when entering
