Emoji displaying bug in CMI

What happened?

Text repeats if using emojis in chat with color code such as &f color or {#ffffff}. This also happen if the suffix of the user has color codes inside.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Setup an emoji
Setup CMI and turn on ModifyChatFormat: true
Chat without emoji. The chat should work normally.
Chat with emoji without any color codes in prefix, suffix or chat text. It should work work normally.
Chat with emoji with some random code such as &aHey there :your_emoji:. The chat now look weird as it repeats text from the color code to the emoji.
