ItemsAdder Anvil Bug #1331

What happened?

First Bug: When you not have enough XP for repairing diamond hammer, then hammer and the durability will set to (negative durability) -1561 and it take XP from player.

Second Bug: When you try to repair your (whatever tool) without needed XP for example diamond hammer, then you will lose your diamonds. (or whatever material)

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Take whatever tool from IA for example Diamond Hammer.
  2. Try to repair the tool with 0 XP.

I cannot reproduce the first bug, there may be a plugin interfering
