Texture pack FAILED DOWNLOAD

What happened?

After updating I saw some users that are not able to download the texture pack and I'm getting this message in my bungee (debug from BungeePackFix) [23:26:05 WARN] [BungeePackFix]: RespackStatusPacketIn: Yabey FAILED_DOWNLOAD

I'm on 1.18.2 Latest on everything

Steps to reproduce the issue

Have a good amount of players and check your bungee console

Note: each user downloads the resourcepack on their own, so they can get FAILED_DOWNLOAD error if their connection cannot download the file form the resourcepack URL.

Try to send them the direct resourcepack download link and ask them to check if they can download it from their browser. You can get the link from /iainfo command.

They might also are running an old Minecraft/Java version which had this bug with https. So you could try changing it to http. https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-143768
