What happened?

Players being randomly kicked because of scoreboard. This is the message (from Waterfall console) when players are kicked:

java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Team LD_mwzhm7460nus already exists in this scoreboard

And I guess it might relate to ItemsAdder modifying the scoreboard (and meanwhile some other plugins aren't happy with this...?). Also I'm wonrdering if the prefix LD means "LoneDevs" (sorry if I'm wrong but it's the only thing I could think of ItemsAdder xD). I also reported this issue in the TAB's repo (https://github.com/NEZNAMY/TAB/issues/548) because TAB is also a plugin that modifies the scoreboard. More details can be found in the TAB's repo.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Sorry I really have no idea how to reproduce thiss issue because it just happens randomly ... Sometimes I was afk in the game and I was kicked then the exception I pasted was shown on the console.

Hello, none of my plugins is editing the scoreboard teams, LD_ is not something appended by my plugins. Have a nice day

Thanks for the reply! I finally figured out it was the LibsDisguise plugin which modifies TEAM.

Hope this information helps other people who cares about it.
