Failure to load a resource pack does not kick players

What happened?

Hello, please help me! ItemsAdder after the transition to version 1.17.1 no longer disconnects players for refusing to download a resource pack. The instruction from the Wiki did not solve the problem.

Please post a video and your server IP.

These settings work in normal conditions, seems something is interfering.

I have same problem. We think it will do some other plugin or something else. But we don't know

You might have kick bypass permission. ia.resourcepack.bypasskick
