Glitchting players head placed on ground #1748

What happened?

The problem is when a player places custom head (a head of a player or a slimefun head) on the ground, it glitches, so it turns black or white. When we try once again, it keeps glitching. We figured out that if we remove "ProtocolLib" plugin, the glitching stops. But unfortunately we need it. We tried to reset and remove all the plugins, to reset ItemsAdder configuration but nothing really works. We also tried to downgrade/update version of ProtocolLib and ItemsAdder.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Start the server with ProtocolLib & ItemsAdder and place a custom mob head by head database or slimefun head.

This server is running Paper version git-Paper-357 (MC: 1.18.2) (Implementing API version 1.18.2-R0.1-SNAPSHOT) (Git: f210f67) You are running the latest version Previous version: git-Paper-352 (MC: 1.18.2)
