Possible dupe glitch on failure of pack load #1850

What happened?

So, one of my players noticed a dupe glitch when crafting. I reported this at: https://github.com/PluginBugs/Issues-ItemsAdder/issues/1290 at first, thinking it was the same thing. However, it was a different bug.

I changed some recipes, so that instead of crafting, the crops drop seeds. & then I went to remake the pack with iazip, however, this came back with ItemsAdder saying "already loading the zip" I believe, that if IA fails to load a zip / errors half way through it keeps trying to load it & this at least for me started to seriously affect the functionality. Its only a small thing & I will be more careful in the future.

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Try to load an invalid zip pack
  2. Play as is, at some point, crafting should break, you should be able to duplicate items. For example, making sausages doubled the beef from 64, to 128 in the crafting menu
  3. Go to load a new pack & see the message "Already loading", confirming this happened during a pack load / where it errored.
