This bug is also reproducible in OriginRealms server and will be reproducible with any other custom emotes system that will be released by other developers. I can't fix this bug in any way because it's how the emotes system works. This bug happens if you have more than 1 player head of the same player in front of you. This doesn't happen if you have different player heads in front of you or if you have only 1 head in front of you. I'll do my best to find a solution but I doubt this game allows me to identify placed heads in order to fix that. The only way to fix this is to disable emotes system in
config.yml
of ItemsAdder. Thanks for your patience.
There is no way for me to fix this since it's a Minecraft limitation. You can fix it by disabling the emotes system and run /iazip.
Every other server or plugin which introduces emotes have this issue and it's unfixable. I'd love to provide a fix but there is no way because of how the game works, sadly.

What happened?
When i place more than one player head on the ground, the texture of the head start to go crazy and display different parts of the player skin. I erased the "Shaders" folder from the resource pack and it fixed this issue but now the all body parts on the emotes look like the streched heads. There has to be a way to fix both issues.
Steps to reproduce the issue
create a resource pack with itemsadder, apply this resource pack and place player heads of the same player next to each other on the ground.
