What happened?

When installing the plugin to my server, the final part of step 1 in first install (https://itemsadder.devs.beer/first-installI) i get stuck on - the plugin is forever loading, been like this for a few weeks now.

Steps to reproduce the issue

install the plugin on server
restart server
load in
execute any items adder command (E.G /ia)
the text will read: [ItemsAdder] Plugin is still loading... Please wwait before using <the command executed (E.G /ia)>
This will appear any time after aswell.

Server version

This server is running CraftBukkit version 3606-Spigot-6198b5a-300e744 (MC: 1.19.2) (Implementing API 1.19.2-R0.1-SNAPSHOT> version
