What happened?

I put the plugin TAB, configured it decided in ItemsAdder to include this function, I write command /iareload, then /iazip resourcepack updated numbers in the sidebar remained.

If the pack is correctly regenerated after you enable the option it will work just fine. Make sure you accepted the resourepack and also try to join with the vanilla client without any mods installed.
