Enhance emotes based on new models + shaders to display player models using new item_display entities.

Thanks! This is part of this https://github.com/PluginBugs/Issues-ItemsAdder/issues/2458 It will introduce several enhancements and new features which make use of that new Minecraft native feature.

It's not an absolute high priority because I plan to introduce it as soon as I drop 1.19.2, 1.19.3 support completely as they will eventually become outdated because of the new amazing 1.19.4 features.
