Wrong text of a warn about fast_packets_creation in console

What happened?

After i've made a global plugins update on my server i found out a warn: Custom entities 'fast_packets_creation' is disabled. This might cause stuttering animations. More info: https://a.devs.beer/ia-delaypackets

Seems like it needs to say that this option is enabled, cos when i disabled it, warn has gone

Steps to reproduce the issue

Go to config file Enable fast_packets_creation reload IA get warn in console

To get rid of the warn need to disable that config option and reload IA

The warning is not harmful. It just tells you the downside of disabling that option.

im sorry, but is it okay that it is shown when i didnt disable that option, and vice-versa? i mean, isnt it supposed to show when i really disabled that option?

No it should show only if you set fast_packets_creation to false, I see it's false in your config, so the warning is correctly shown.
