sound bug when placing blocks on custom block

What happened?

When the player places a wooden or stone block by right-clicking on a custom block, the placement sound is incorrect. The pitch sounds like 1.0F instead of 0.8F. If the player is placed while sneaking (shift), the sound will play incorrectly as HIT instead of PLACE.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. place a custom block
2. place a wooden or stone block by right-clicking on the custom block
3. will hear an incorrectly pitched sound
4. place a wooden or stone block by shift-right-clicking on the custom block
5. will hear HIT sound instead if PLACE sound
